This chapter presents documents that testimony the last will of many a Ogiński. Among them is one of the oldest family documents, the testament of a Smolensk voivode‘s spouse, Katarzyna Walowicz (Jurlówna), written in 1581 and confirming the settlement of the family on the Lithuanian lands – at estates in the Kaunas powiat. Another testaments of interest are those of Trakai Castellan Tadeusz Ogiński, the Grand Chancellor of Lithuania, Marcjan Aleksander Ogiński, Prince Michał Kleofas Ogiński, etc. The chronological range of the documents is 1581–1910.
